Where's all my chlorine?

i own a pool company,and you need stsblizer/conditioner (same thing)two different names.put about four(4) pounds in your pool.wait a couple of hours then pour in (1) one pound into bucket of water dissolve completely.DO NOT pour granulated chlorine in pool as a solid that will burn liner.always pour shock into water NEVER water into shock (possible fire) after first bucket do the same as above 2 more times.take out tablets before you do this.i cant beleive pool store did not say anything about conditioner.that stuff makes water hold chlorine if you need more help contact jldailey2000@yahoo.com p.s. sun will take out chlorine.and check chlorine after rain.rain will take out chlorine also
