Where to mention penalty in Mvat return?

Hi, i am going to file late return of Mvat for that i have paid 5000/- as penalty and X amount of interest now my problem is in form 231 there is point regarding interest payable but nothing regarding penalty. where to mention that we have paid penalty for late return....
