Do a majority of young Brits (ages 18-40) support monarchy or is it primarily the older generation?
If the younger generation is not supportive of monarchy as a system of government, can it survive when the current queen dies? Will the younger generation want Charles and Camilla to be the next king and queen? This question also applies to young Canadians, young Australians, young New Zealanders, etc. -- anyone who currently has the British monarch serving also as their head of state. Incidentally, I would be very interested to know the ages of any Brit or person from a Commonwealth realm who replies to this question, in an effort to gauge generational support for the monarchy on this site.
