Independent/ Dependent/ Controlled Variable help for science fair!!!?

My science fair project is which type of soda is safest to drink. Im testing 3 different types of sodas and the factors that im using are their pH, caffeine content, and syrup content. Im using distilled water as my control. i had 13 trials and found their averages. What are my independent, dependent, and controlled variables?
