How to get rs 25000 from sponsor or companies bec of payment to Education online ? ? ? ?

IF you know about that .. I hate loan from Bank that is for Education online .. I have not enough money for Education online at Beford University and also i hve not credit card so that i am not interesting credit card while i will be heavy to pay to credit card . . I want to study a degree of Education online . I am India. Can you send me it ? please help me
