Will Verizon mobile television show the Thursday night game?

I'm in the Marines and I'm going out to the field on that day. I have the mobile tv and the other day it was showing the Yankees and Red Sox live...is it possible since I won't be able to use television that I can watch the game on my cell phone? Or will I be able to listen to it on the radio locally? (I'm in San Diego right now.) Or will I need to get a Sirius portable radio?
