He single-handedly beat 2005-06 USC, the "greatest team of all time" according to ESPN, to secure the national championship for Texas. This was one year after he propelled the Longhorns to a Rose Bowl victory over Michigan. Vince Young was the man and then some. Let's see if Cam Newton can pull off a VY performance in this year's national championship game.
