How can I get my 2 year old to behave.?

My son is a lovely little guy, but a tornado on two legs. I have two other children and do not remember being so frustrated all of the time. Instead of playing with his toys he just throws things around the room and constantly gets into stuff and makes a mess even though he knows he is not supposed to be playing with certain things. he is so much of a handful that I feel awful to say it, but I send him to daycare on my days off from work instaed of just a couple of days a week that I actually work. He climbs out of his car seat in the car while i am driving, he will not go to bed and stay there at night even though he has a bed time routine..brush teeth put pj's on story time lights out...he is up and running around the house for three hours before i can get him to sleep.
