Heart problems at 15 ? HELP?

for the past 3 day my hearts been hurting. its a intense pain like somethings sqeezing it tight. if i take a ddeep breathe it hurts also. im only 15 and i dont know what to do. sometimes ill get the chills when it hurts. it happens lke 7 times a day. should i go to the hosptial ?
