Any idea about Urban Central Hostel?

I've been trying to book online at Urban central Hostel along City Rd,Melbourne for my future trip but each time I do,it directs me to a page where it says page cannot be viewed..I also sent an email directly to the staff but got no reply. I haven't encountered such prob when I booked my stay 2 yrs ago. So i was wondering if this establishment still exists or maybe it has changed its name and has a new website.I can't call the hostel bec I'm currently not in Aus and it'll be spending for an overseas call. Any idea? Help pls. TY
