If the KJV translators were inspired of God in their work, why did they not know it?

The KJVers were only "inspired" by order of the king. Also, they weren't translators, only revisers. The KJV is just a revision of the Bishop's Bible, which was a revision of the Great Bible, which was a revision of etc, etc, etc.
