Does your sympathy lie with Peter Harvey ,the Nottinghamshire school teacher or the school boy he attacked?

Neither. The kid was constantly goading the teacher but the teachers action were totally inappropriate. I have no sympathy, only anger directed at the schools authorities failing in their duties to take action with their employees grievances. They are more than aware of situations like this but fail to do anything about it.
